Q1: I noticed the RFQ on FBO matches the quote we submitted back in July (reference 114280) line for line. What are the differences?
A1: Notice 114280 went through a couple of corrections to the specifications that caused confusion. Also, Notice 114280 was not clear that substitutions or deviations from the specifications list would not be accepted. This solicitation provides that clarification.
