Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Keyport intends to solicit specific items manufactured by only one source CISCO, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(i). A firm fixed priced contract will be awarded for the procurement of Circuit SPF Modules, PN: 3KX-NM-10G for quantity of 8 each, and Circuit 10GBASE-SR SFP Module PN: SPF-10G-SR Quantity 16 each. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations Systems (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9.

The solicitation issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is N00253-16-T-0185 and is attached to this announcement. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Applicable NAICS code for the requirement is 334112 and has a size standard of 1,250. Offerors are required to provide FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610.

Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned before solicitation closes.
