Sources Sought Notice Responses to this Request for Information (RFI) are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This RFI is for market research purposes only. Respondents should not submit any proprietary information when responding to this RFI. Respondents should also not that the Government will not return any information submitted in response to the RFI. The Government is not responsible for any costs incurred by respondents regarding any responses to the RFI. Respondents shall submit brief capability statements that clearly define the firm's ability to provide the subject products/perform the associated services. The requirements are to provide the following: A. Provide a 3000 Ampere Pringle Switch to mate with existing Eaton/Cutler-Hammer switchboard Catalog Number# CB3033B1204805 1-Each B. Provide a 2000 Ampere Pringle Switch to mate with existing Eaton/Cutler-Hammer Switchboard Catalog Number# CB2033B1204805 1-Each C. Provide a 4000 Ampere 120/208V Low Voltage AC Westinghouse power circuit breaker to match existing. 1-Each This RFI is not a Request for Quotation or Request for Proposal. It is a market research tool being used to determine potential small and large businesses capable of providing the products described herein prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a solicitation. All responses shall include the following: A brief capability statement limited to 5 pages to provide the products described and any associated services. Company profile to include number of employees, office location, DUNS number, CAGE Code, Tax Id, and business size. Prior/current experience performing efforts of similar size/scope with contract number, organization supported, points of contact and up to date telephone numbers/email addresses Submit the required information to Steve Slagle via email at:
