Bradley Road/Paloma HS Entrance Improvements (CIP No. 23-03) PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Menifee hereinafter referred to as the Agency, invites sealed bids for the above stated Project up to time of 10:00 a.m., on Thursday, April 11, 2024. The work to be done is described in these Bid and Contract Documents for the above stated Project. The general Scope of Work is as follows: DESCRIPTION OF WORK The work will consist of widening 200 linear feet of existing roadway to ultimate condition. We will be extending the sidewalk on the east side of Bradley Rd. adding an ADA ramp at the northern driveway of Paloma High School. PROJECT TIMELINE This project is date specific, and the construction schedule shall be strictly adhered. The Contractor shall begin work on or before the date noted in the project construction time schedule shown below and in the General Provisions. Construction WORK HOURS will be limited between 8:00AM and 5:00PM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday unless approved by City Engineer.
