PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Menifee, hereinafter referred to as the Agency, invites sealed bids for the above-stated Project up to the time of 3:00 p.m., on Thursday, September 28, 2023. INTRODUCTION The Agency is seeking bid proposals from qualified prefabricated bridge manufacturers to conduct Design, Engineering, Fabrication, and Delivery for the City of Menifee’s CIP 20-13: Paloma Wash Pedestrian Bridge Project. The selected prefabricated bridge manufacturer will perform the services in collaboration with the Agency’s Site Design Consultant during the design process and the Agency’s Construction Site Contractor, who will perform the installation of the bridge. Please note that the Construction Site Contractor has not been procured by the Agency. The requested services shall include but are not limited to the preparation of Bridge Plans and Specifications, preparation of submittals to the Agency’s Building Department to obtain approval, coordination with the Agency’s Site Design Consultant, fabrication and delivery of the prefabricated pedestrian bridge.
