This project consists of improvements along Minnewawa Avenue from Shepherd Avenue to Teague Avenue. Construction shall include, but not limited to clearing, grading, saw cutting, compaction, road work, aggregate base, aggregate concrete, ADA ramps, sidewalks, utility adjustments, striping and signage. ALL WORK MUST BEGIN AFTER JUNE 4TH AND ALL WORK MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE AUGUST 17TH. Bids must be filed with the City Clerk at the Clovis Civic Center prior to 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 14, 2020, at which time the City Clerk will open said bids. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and marked: Bid Proposal: Minnewawa Avenue Street Improvements.
