This project consists of improvements at Ashlan alley north of Ashlan Avenue and east of Helm Avenue. The construction shall consist of, but not be limited to, reconstruction of the existing alley, constructing a new valley gutter, concrete drive approaches and adjusting existing utilities to grade.
