PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Menifee hereinafter referred to as the Agency, invites sealed bids for the above stated Project. DESCRIPTION OF WORK The work generally consists of installing a bridge structure, MSE walls, a roadway, and utilities. The structure will be a three span, cast-in-place prestressed (CIP/PS) concrete box girder bridge. The structure will be 328'-0" long and 82'-0" wide. Parallel MSE walls will retain the approach at the east abutment. There are no existing structures at the proposed location. Utility improvements will include 820 LF of 12” water line within new roadway and 1330 LF of 18” water line within and adjacent to the proposed structure. Roadway improvements will include a 2685 LF realignment of Holland Rd with associated landscape, lighting, and utility improvements, and a 400 LF road terminating in a cul-de-sac. This is a 302-working day contract. Estimated construction cost: $24,500,000 LOCATION OF WORK The work to be constructed is located on Holland Road between Haun Road and Hanover Lane in Menifee, CA.
