The Department will retain an engineering firm to provide a supplementary construction inspection staff of approximately three (3) inspectors, under the Department's Inspector(s)-in-Charge for construction inspection and documentation services on the following projects: ECMS 27991, SR 837 A43: For the new pedestrian structure and pedestrian walkway at the SR 837/SR 885 Glenwood Bridge Interchange and other miscellaneous construction, all as indicated on the drawings approved for STATE ROUTE 837, SECTION A43, in ALLEGHENY COUNTY, CITY OF PITTSBURGH allowing pedestrians to safely travel between the SR 837 bridge to the SR 885 Glenwood Bridge at the interchange location south of the Glenwood Bridge.
