The Department will retain an engineering firm to provide a supplementary construction inspection staff of approximately six (6) inspectors, under the Department's Inspector(s)-in-Charge for construction inspection and documentation services on the following project: ECMS 94812, SR 79 A67 - This is a partial Design Build roadway project. Design activities are limited to: Structure Plans. For the bituminous milling and resurfacing, guide rail updates, bridge deck replacements, bridge/culvert preservation and other miscellaneous construction, all as indicated on the drawings approved for STATE ROUTE 0079, SECTION A67, in ALLEGHENY COUNTY, GLENFIELD BOROUGH, ALEPPO TOWNSHIP, SEWICKLEY HILLS BOROUGH, OHIO TOWNSHIP, and FRANKLIN PARK BOROUGH from approximately the northern end of the Neville Island Bridge at Segment 0650 Offset 4487 northbound and Segment 0651 Offset 4511 southbound to approximately SR 0279 at Segment 0710 Offset 1518 northbound and Segment 0711 Offset 1578 southbound.
