The Department will retain an engineering firm to provide a supplementary construction inspection staff of approximately five (5) inspectors, under the Department's Inspector(s)-in-Charge for construction inspection and documentation services on the following projects: ECMS 81931, SR 79 A53 Campbell to Moon Run: The project consists of concrete patching, joint sealing and bridge maintenance. Also included in the scope of work are minor drainage and guiderail work, new pavement markings, and other miscellaneous construction, all as indicated on the drawings approved for STATE ROUTE 0079, SECTION A53, in ALLEGHENY COUNTY, ROBINSON AND KENNEDY TOWNSHIPS from the structure over Interstate 376 at segment 0580 offset 0649 & segment 0581 offset 0549 to approximately ½ mile past S.R. 60 (Stuebenville Pike) at segment 0604 offset 0856 & segment 0605 offset 1029.
