This project will include Traffic Cameras, Dynamic Message Signs, and Conduit/Fiber Optic Cable installation. ANTP date: July 24, 2023 Anticipated Completion Date: October 15, 2025 ECMS 116300, Smart Spines - Phase 1 Intersection Improvements for signal update, vehicular and pedestrian detection/signals, ramps, establishment of a traffic management center, cameras to monitor and control signals and other miscellaneous construction. Located at the intersections of three locations including Second Avenue/Irvine Street, Saw Mill Run Blvd/Route 51 and West Liberty Avenue in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County.
