The Department will retain an engineering firm to provide a supplementary construction inspection staff of approximately five (5) inspectors, under the Department's Inspector(s)-in-Charge for construction inspection and documentation services on the following projects: ECMS 28344, SR 3014 A03: For the bridge sidewalk repair/replacement, sidewalk railing paint, full-depth concrete pavement reconstruction of approximately 1145’ of mainline SR 3104 and the 4 ramps at Helen Street, ADA ramps at Helen Street, approach slab repl., approach pavement work SR 65 & SR 51 intersections, barrier repair, deck overhang/spall repair, backwall repair, protective fencing installation above railroads, and other miscellaneous construction, all as indicated on the drawings approved for STATE ROUTE 3104, SECTION A03, in ALLEGHENY COUNTY, MCKEES ROCKS BOROUGH, STOWE TOWNSHIP, and CITY OF PITTSBURGH from SR 3104 Segment 0010 Offset 0000 (STA 0+00.00) at SR 51 Island Ave to Segment 0030 Offset 3844 (STA 59+00.00) at SR 65 Ohio River Blvd. ANTP date: July 25, 2022 Anticipated Completion Date: December 9, 2024
