The Department will retain an engineering firm to provide a supplementary construction inspection staff of approximately eight (8) inspectors, under the Department's Inspector(s)-in-Charge for construction inspection and documentation services on the following project: ECMS 92276, SR 28 A62 - This is a Partial Design Build project. Design activities are limited to: Traffic Control Plan, Bridge Structure, Highway Lighting and ADA Curb Ramps. For the milling and resurfacing, concrete pavement preservation, guiderail, drainage, ITS, highway lighting, traffic signals, signing and pavement marking, bridge preservation and other miscellaneous construction, all within a length of 32,547.25 linear feet (6.2 miles) as indicated on the approved drawings for STATE ROUTE 0028, SECTION A62 (Allegheny Valley Expressway), in ALLEGHENY COUNTY, HARMAR TOWNSHIP, SPRINGDALE TOWNSHIP, FRAZER TOWNSHIP, and EAST DEER TOWNSHIP, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This project being situated as follows: STATE ROUTE 0028, SECTION A62, from a point 1300 feet north of the Harmar Township line at Segment 0250/0251 Offset 1800/1800 (Station 617+00.00) to the Creighton Interchange at Segment 0370/0371 Offset 0371/1402 (Station 953+89.00 NB/Station 954+58.00 SB) ANTP date: March 12, 2022 Anticipated Completion Date: October 15, 2024
