The Department will retain an engineering firm to provide a supplementary construction inspection staff of approximately seven (7) inspectors, under the Department's Inspector(s)-in-Charge for construction inspection and documentation services on the following project: ECMS 92274, SR 28 A58/A62 - Milling and resurfacing, concrete pavement preservation, guiderail, drainage, signing and pavement marking, bridge preservation and other miscellaneous construction, all within a length of 18,538.00 linear feet (3.511 miles) as indicated on the approved drawings for STATE ROUTE 0028, SECTION A58 and STATE ROUTE 0028, SECTION A62 (Allegheny Valley Expressway), in ALLEGHENY COUNTY, ASPINWALL BOROUGH, CITY OF PITTSBURGH, FOX CHAPEL BOROUGH, O'HARA TOWNSHIP, HARMAR TOWNSHIP, SPRINGDALE TOWNSHIP, FRAZER TOWNSHIP, and EAST DEER TOWNSHIP, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This project being situated as follows: STATE ROUTE 0028, SECTION A58, from a point 50 feet south of Delafield Ave ramps at Segment 0190/0191 Offset 0247/0247 (Station 417+90.00) to a point 250 feet south of the Harmar Township line at Segment 0240/0241 Offset 3866/3866 (Station 600+00.00). STATE ROUTE 0028, SECTION A62, from a point 250 feet south of the Harmar Township line at Segment 0240/0241 Offset 3866/3866 (Station 600+00.00 NB/SB) to a Bailes Run Road at Segment 0370/0371 Offset 0668/0632 (Station 954+68.93 NB/955+32.57 SB) ANTP date: May 10, 2021 Anticipated Completion Date: February 6, 2023
