The Department will retain an engineering firm to provide a supplementary construction inspection staff of approximately three (3) inspectors, under the Department's Inspector(s)-in-Charge for construction inspection and documentation services on the following project: ECMS 110061, SR 130 A30 - For the asphalt milling and resurfacing, guide rail, signing and pavement markings, ADA curb ramps, bridge preservation on two structures, and other miscellaneous construction, on STATE ROUTE 0130, SECTION A30 (Tri-Boro Expressway), in ALLEGHENY COUNTY, TURTLE CREEK BOROUGH, WILMERDING BOROUGH, and MONROEVILLE BOROUGH.
