The Department will retain an engineering firm to provide a supplementary construction inspection staff of approximately six (6) inspectors, under the Department's Inspector(s)-in-Charge for construction inspection and documentation services on the following projects: ECMS 63515, SR 1038 A01: SR 1038 over the Allegheny River. Bridge Preservation which includes a new LMC overlay, steel repairs, concrete substructure repairs, new expansion dams, bearing repairs, full paint and other miscellaneous construction, all as indicated on the drawings approved for STATE ROUTE 1038, SECTION A01, in Allegheny COUNTY East Deer TOWNSHIP and New Kensington BOROUGH from approximately Freeport Road (geographical reference) at segment 0010 offset 0050 to approximately Allegheny/Westmoreland County Line(geographical reference) at segment 0010 offset 1395.
