From approximately 2,000 feet north/east of S.R. 1003 (North Canal Street/Kittanning Pike) at Segments 0160 Offset 1980 (Northbound) and 0161 Offset 2061 (Southbound) to the Delafield Avenue Interchange at Segments 0190 Offset 0709 (Northbound) and 0191 Offset 1751 (Southbound). From approximately the Millvale Exit 3B Ramp at Segments 0080 Offset 1462 (Northbound) and 0081 Offset 1579 (Southbound) to a point near the Highland Park Bridge interchange at Segments 0170 Offset 0420 (Northbound) and 0171 Offset 0696 (Southbound).
