The Memphis Housing Authority (MHA) is soliciting Firm Fixed Price bids from highly qualified contractors to provide construction services for the Installation of Doors and Access Controls at Fairway Manor Senior Building and Renaissance Community Building at College Park, Memphis, TN Bid Information: Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on Tuesday, January 14, 2024, at the offices of the Memphis Housing Authority, 700 Adams Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee or Online at www.mhaplanroom.com under the submit bid tab, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The sites will be available for examination between the hours of 8:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. Monday-Friday until Monday, December 30, 2024.
