Project Description In general, work includes the complete replacement of the existing four tennis courts at Churchill High School in Eugene. The work includes post tension concrete slabs, fencing and gates, court surfacing, tennis equipment installation, lighting, concrete paving, lawn repair, site grading, and subgrade utility installation.
