The government (88 CONS/PKA) intends to solicit
and negotiate with only one source under the
authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and FAR 6.302-1(b)
(1)(ii). The proposed source is DIONEX, SUNNYVALE,
CA.  The item being procured is MAINTENANCE & REPAIR
OF TWO DIONEX CHROMATOGRAPHS. This notice
is being published for information purposes only
and is not a request for competitive quotations;
however, any quotations received within one three
(3) days of the issuance of this notice will be
considered by the government. A determination
by the government not to compete this proposed
contract based upon responses to this notice is
solely within the discretion of the government.
