The U.S. Government currently intends to award a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery,Indefiinite Quantity (MAIDIQ) Firm Fixed Price contract to provide design, reconfiguration, disassembly & reassembly of Knoll Morrison office furniture for CHRA SW Region at Fort Riley, KS. This solicitation is to find qualified Vendors who are are interested and agree to compete for upcoming task orders to move office furniture.  In order for the Vendors to give the Government a cost proposal, a site visit will be required for each task order,  When a task order is issued, Vendors will be notified of the location, day & time of the site visit.  They will have five businees days ,from the time of the site visit, to submit their proposals to the Contract Specialist, Eugene Jolly at [email protected]. 

The first task order will involve approximately moving 15 workstations from building 405 to building 29.  The site visit will be 23 July 2018 10 AM at Fort Riley, Ks Bldg 405. If you are planning to attend, please contact Eugene Jolly no later than 18 July 2018.
