This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract for one chiropractor and one chiropractic assistant to Donald L. Mooney Enterprises, LLC, 16302 Pleasantville Road STE 211, San Antonio, TX 78233-6605.

Description of work: The chiropractor and chiropractic assistant will evaluate and treat, on average, 215 patients per month at the 87th Medical Operations Squadron (MDOS) and perform standard osseous and soft tissue procedures. 

Ther period of performance (PoP) is from 22 March 16 to 21 July 16.

The NAICS Code is 622110.
