The purpose of this Request for Bid (RFB) is to provide interested vendors with information to prepare and submit a bid for Chiropractic Dispute Resolution Services for the Department of Workforce Development (DWD), Division of Worker's Compensation. The results of this RFB will create a list of qualified chiropractors to serve as Panel Members to perform fair and impartial reviews and issue written opinions on whether treatment which is being disputed by a workers compensation insurer or self-insured employer was necessary to cure and relieve the effects of a work-related injury. DWD intends to establish contracts with up to eight (8) qualified contractors.
