The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, and any other items or services required to provide Basic Chinese-Mandarin (Putonghua) conversation and reading classes for students assigned to the U.S. Army Asian Studies Detachment (ASD), Camp Zama, Japan.

Note 1: Solicitation issuance and closing dates are tentative. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner.
