The Commission anticipates awarding a Purchase Order, on a sole source basis, to Shahid Yusef for the purpose of obtaining a subject expert in China's Economy, its banking sector, and its innovation policies. Mr. Yusef is an expert in the three referenced topics above.

The anticipated period of performance is for 12 months.

This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only.
