Clarifications: Task 3.4 Monitoring of Registered Products and the Re-Registration Process This event will take place in China. Task 3.5 GIPSA Testing Laboratory Training The GIPSA training event is scheduled to take place in the Fall of 2010, but the schedule is subject to change. Final dates will be subject to USDA guidance. Task 4 - Facilitate Discussions, Work Sessions and Training in Stacked Events - New Technologies: Combined Traits Deliverables text should read: Subtask 3.4 Deliverables As part of Subtask 3.4, the Contractor shall deliver the following: • Produce the program for the workshop/discussions based on inputs and direction from FAS/USDA • Final list of all Chinese and U.S. participants in this part of the program. • All logistics arrangements for the activity for the U.S. officials including (i) international travel arrangements, (ii) hotel arrangements for the U.S. delegation, and (iii) all land transportation and other logistics needed to facilitate the event. Also, all logistics arrangements for the Chinese participants under the guidance of FSA/USDA. • Sufficient number of hard copies and CD-ROMs of all materials prepared for facilitating this part of the training/workshops program. • Sufficient number of copies of any presentations from invited experts from the U.S. industry. • A Report summarizing the conclusions of the discussions and work sessions and any recommendations. The Report shall be presented in draft form to USDA. Feedback shall be incorporated by the Contractor into the final Draft. • All documents shall be submitted in both the English and Chinese languages.
