The City of Smyrna is seeking sealed proposals for a lump sum price contract for the renovation of the children’s restroom at the Smyrna Library located at 100 Village Green Circle, Smyrna, GA 30080. This is a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funded project and Davis-Bacon wagerates will apply. One (1) original and one (1) copy of the Proposal is due no later than 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, August17, 2021 to: Kelly Brown, Purchasing Manager, City of Smyrna, 2800 King Street, Smyrna, Georgia 30080 where they will be opened in the Human Resources Conference Room at City Hall. This is a sealed bid and electronic bid submissions are not accepted. The City of Smyrna uses an e-procurement system for electronic solicitation through BidNet’s Georgia Purchasing Group.
