This procurement is a REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL PROJECT TITLE: Children of Incarcerated Parents (COIP) BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections is seeking vendors in the Harrisburg/Lancaster/York area and the Philadelphia area to engage with the child and their caregiver in communities and provide assistance and programming that compliments the programming received by their incarcerated parents and their caregivers, and will encourage establishment or expansion of regular communication between the incarcerated parent and their child(ren). A virtual pre-proposal conference will be held via Microsoft TEAMS on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at 9:00 AM.
