374 CONS/LGCBB seeks to identify qualified local or US firms and sectors, which are able and willing to provide child psychologist services for Yokota Hospital, Fussa- shi, Tokyo Japan. The requirement is non-personal service.
The technical requirement:
Education
a) Proof document degree of a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or (Psy.D.) in clinical or counseling psychology from an American Psychological Association (APA) accredited psychology program (or a program acceptable to the Office of the Surgeon General, U.S. Air Force).

License/Certification
a) Proof of a current license to practice psychology in any one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
b) TOEIC score of at least 730 or equivalent certificates is required for non-native English Speakers

Experience
a) Proof of a minimum of two (2) years for work with children in a therapeutic capacity. For examples of experience (but not limited to): outpatient individual psychotherapy, inpatient individual psychotherapy, individual therapy in a school system (with ongoing documentation), individual therapy in a legal/correctional environment (with ongoing documentation)

b) Experience with Electronic Medical Records.
