UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN CHEYENNE, WYOMING The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A’ contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 20,286 rentable square feet in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The space should yield 17,640ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. A minimum of twenty-one (21) reserved on-site parking spaces should be available at no cost, or at reasonable commercial rates. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: Cheyenne, Wyoming The proposed lease is for Fifteen (15) years, ten(10) years firm and should be fully serviced.
