Perform NBIS Bridge Safety Inspections on the Chester County State Owned Inventories with an NBIS Length designation of “No”. The Current estimated bridge inventory for this agreement is 251 bridges. At least one bi-annual bridge inspection will be performed, per Publication #238 guidelines, on each identified bridge over the length of this agreement. In addition, the Consultant will perform other types of field inspections, such as Interim Posted, Confined Space and Structurally Deficient Stone Arch Inspections and SD Conditions <=3 , on their required inspection intervals. Flood Inspections of Scour Critical Bridges will also be performed, on an as needed basis. Bridge assignments will be delegated at the sole discretion of the District.
