This acquisition is for the manufacture and delivery of the Chest, Collapsible NSN: 8460-00-212-8086.  Manufacturing of the Chest, Collapsible shall be in accordance with Military Specification MIL-C-81808(AS) dated 21 December 1970.  The production lead time for initial order is 120 days after award and 90 days for subsequent orders.  Deliveries will be made to Austin, TX, Peckham, MI, and Pendergrass, GA.

This will be an Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity contract with guaranteed minimum (GM), Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ), and Annual Order Limitation Quantity (AOLQ) as identified below.

This acquisition will be issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside, and the source selection process shall be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) in accordance with FAR 15.101-2.  The government will issue an award on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standard for non-cost factors is as follows: 1) Product Demonstration Model(s) (PDM).  The Government will calculate an offeror's overall price by multiplying the unit price for each ordering period by the annual order limitation quantities (AOLQ).
