Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement to TimeTrade Systems Inc, 100 Crosby Drive, Bedford MA 01730 to provide Scheduling software.  The total value including options is approximately $61,220.00  The services are needed to support the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Federal Law Enforcement Training mission for training venue scheduling .  A determinatio was made not to compete this requirement due to the fact that the software currently being utiized is proprietary in nature.  The FLETC requires continued support from TimeTrade Systems to maintain the software licenses previously purchased.  This procurement must be completed in a timely manner to meet mission requirements.
