This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) intends to award a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order in accordance with the attached solicitation issued as Request for Quotations (RFQ) No. 1625DC-18-Q-00018.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations. This solicitation is in accordance to FAR Part 12 and 13. The North American Classification System code (NAICS) is 541519, Information Technology Value Added Resellers, and the size standard is 150 employees. BLS has a Brand name or equal requirement for Checkpoint support or equal. This solicitation is unrestricted.
