The City of Warner Robins Convention and Visitors Bureau seeks qualified companies to provide character entertainment services in the Kids Zone area of the event. The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying a diverse range of characters that align with the theme of each event to ensure a fun and engaging experience for children of all ages. All questions must be submitted through the City's IonWave bidding system by the designated date and time of Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time. All questions will be answered through the City's IonWave bidding system by the designated date and time of Friday, February 16, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time. Each prospective bidder must upload and submit your bid with all required documents through the City’s IonWave bidding system by the designated date and time of Thursday, February 22, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time. The bid will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive all formalities, technicalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of the City of Warner Robins to be in its best interest.
