The Air Force intends to solicit and issue a sole source contract to Chant Engineering Corporation under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(b)(2) for the following service:

The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation and inspection manuals necessary to perform the Annual Calibration for the Horizontal Pull Test equipment, OC10181 at the Oklahoma City–Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC). The equipment is listed in Appendix A.

A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated.

Estimated Period of Performance:

• Base – 1 Year
• Option 1 – 1 Year
• Option 2 – 1 Year
• Option 3 – 1 Year
• Option 4 – 1 Year
