The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-04-G-0007 to the Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office, 401 Tiltrotor Drive, Amarillo, TX 79111 on a sole-source basis. This effort will include all the non-recurring and recurring efforts associated with the retrofit and installation for miscellaneous Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) that include Refuel/Defuel Valve, Cargo Door Actuator, Cargo Tie-Downs and ARRP Selector Guard into the V-22 tiltrotor aircraft. Bell-Boeing is the sole designer, developer, and producer of the V-22 Tilt-Rotor Aircraft. Bell-Boeing is the only source that possesses the technical data, knowledge and requisite expertise required to perform this effort.
