This project consists of the construction of new parking improvements at the existing “Chalet” building located at 108 Hillside Terrace, Pocono Lake, PA 18347, including erosion and sediment pollution controls, grading and surfacing of driveway and parking areas, stormwater collection and best management practices, design and construction of a retaining wall, site restoration, and related improvements. Optional items include bituminous paving, wooden guide rail, and lighting. The specific requirement for bidding and construction work are described in the Bidding Documents available to all Bidders. All Bids must be submitted on forms included in the Bidding Documents.
