MODIFICATION 1 Update to solicitation, to include all attachements including: Statement of Work, Site Pictures, Terms and Conditions and SF18 Quote Form. All vendors must provide their Will or Will Not statements per FAR 52.204-24 found in the terms and conditions, if not provided the quote will not be accepted.

This is a Pre-solicitation notice to remove and replace chain link fencing and gate at the National Weather Service Data Collection Office 3260 Kailani Street, Lihue, Hawaii, 96766-9702.

This is a request for quote using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is a total small business set-aside.  The associated NAICS code is 238990. The small business size standard is $16.5M. Performance period shall be completed no later than 180 days after the notice to proceed is provided. In order to receive an award the offeror shall complete the annual representations and certifications electronically in System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The RFQ will be made available only on the Contracting Opportunities website https://beta.sam.gov/search?index=opp and is scheduled for issuance on December 20, 2019 and quotes are due by January 10, 2020 no later than 4:00 pm MST. No paper copies will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice.
