Solicitation Notice No. 19PL9025Q0020 –Waterproofing installation
The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit an offer to repair a wet wall and to resolve the problem which has caused damage to the wall due to lack of insulation at the residence in Krakow. The detailed scope of work is attached to this description under Exhibit 1. The project shall be started not later than July 15, 2025. The contractor shall provide all labor and materials to perform this work. All employees performing the work must obtain security clearance for the U.S. Consulate in Krakow. Partial payments are authorized upon completion of the work and/or delivery of materials. Payments will be processed within 30 days upon receipt of a proper invoice and approval of the completed work. The prospective contract is a subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations attached under Exhibit 2.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract that is the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. It may be awarded based on initial propoposals. However, we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
Please note, that before commencing performance under contract, the prospective contractor should obtain Defense Base Act (DBA) insurance.
