The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, superintendence, insurance, performance bond, payment bond, safety requirements, and other accessories and services necessary to estimate, perform, and complete all of the Mechanical On-Call Work as requested by LCPUD via a Work Authorization. All Contractor labor shall be provided as defined by the labor classifications per the Schedule Unit Prices listed in the Bid Proposal Form.
