The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Patuxent River, MD intends to issue a fixed-price type delivery order under a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) # N00019-16-G-0012 with Bell Textron Inc. The order will procure Kingdom of Bahrain AH-1Z aircraft, AH-1Z Flight Training Device (FTD) and electronic classroom Contractor Engineering Technical Services (CETS) and Contractor Field Services (CFS). Specifically, the proposed contract action will provide instruction and training for AH-1Z aircraft, AH-1Z FTD, and electronic classroom installation, operation and maintenance to Bahrain Defense Force (BDF) personnel. This contract action will be negotiated and awarded on a sole source basis with Bell Textron Inc. Fort Worth, Texas, in accordance with FAR 6.302-4 “International Agreement”.
