The 700th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source contract for the modification of courseware designed specifically for U.S. government. A foreign military sales contract for light aircraft maintenance training was awarded in 2009 to be used in Afganistan. The Air Force determined that the same courseware with minor adjustments will suffice for use in another area of responsibility, ultimately saving the government time and money.
