Synopsis:
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The 633 Contracting Squadron is seeking information on potential firms qualified to provide quotes on a future solicitation. The proposed award will be a firm fixed-price for parts and equipment for Cessna 182Q. The following parts will be purchased one (1) each for all: left magneto, right magneto, alternator, starter adapter, starter, vacuum pump, nose strut seal kit, voltage regulator, starter contactor, battery contactor, 100 amp circuit breaker, 100 amp shunt, and core changes on mags,starter, starter adapter, and alternator. The delivery point will be Civil Air Patrol, Alexandria, Louisiana. The NAICS code for this procurement is 336411. Any information submitted is voluntary. Request interested firms submit (1) the NAME, ADDRESS, and PHONE NUMBER of the firm (including CAGE code); (2) a summary of their product, (3) their SIZE STATUS. Responses to this notice will assist the Government in identifying potential sources and determining if a set-aside of the solicitation is appropriate. Responses must be received no later than 4:30 p.m., EST, on 2-Feb-10 to be considered.
