The International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Section (INL - U.S. Embassy, Colombia) requires two (2) Cessna 172 SP Skyhawk aircraft in passenger configuration with a model fabricated not earlier than the year 2000. The contractor shall provide all required labor, personnel, management, materials & equipment, etc. to supply INL Colombia/Colombian National Police with Cessna 172 SP Skyhawk aircraft.  Only Cessna 172 SP Skyhawk after the year 2000 are acceptable.
