The City of Palm Coast is seeking quotes for Certified EWF Playground Bulk Mulch, priced per cubic yard, delivered to Palm Coast, FL. Price must be for full trailer load orders, fully loaded, delivered freight (F.O.B. destination) to our Linear Park site located at 30 Greenway Ct, Palm Coast, FL, 32137. The quote will be used to issue a Blanket P.O. covering the estimated needs for our Fiscal 2023, which begins October 1, 2022. This is a Tax Exempt purchase. Please note that a copy of the Certificate showing the product as Certified Playground Mulch must be attached to the Quote submission.
