The Office of the Commissioner of Insurance (OCI) is requesting simplified bids for an audit of the State of Wisconsin Injured Patients and Families Compensation Fund (FUND) outside actuaries, Pinnacle Actuarial Resources, Inc. (Pinnacle) by a certified actuarial. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). The purpose of contracting for an actuarial audit for the Injured Patient and Families Compensation Fund is to provide the Board of Governors, the Wisconsin Legislature, Fund participants and other interested parties assurance that the reserves, discount factor, risk margin and targeted net asset balance to be both adequate and reasonable.
