This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).

The solicitation number is W912JA-21-R-0008 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-06. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561320 - Temporary Help Services with a small business size standard of $27.5 million dollars. This requirement is a Total Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids.

Requirement: Provide CERFP CTE Role Players, Moulage and Weighted Manikins, Ambulance, Lumber Package, IC SMEs, and S&E SMEs Exercise Support Services in support of disaster response for domestic operations training and evaluation events. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement for details.

Period/ Place of Performance: The CERFP CTE Exercise will occur 29 March-1 April 2021.
