VILLAGE OF IRVINGTON TRADE LABOR FOR VILLAGE OF IRVINGTON PROJECTS IRVINGTON, NY CONTRACT NOS. 2021-06 THROUGH 2021-11 NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Village of Irvington is seeking qualified contractors to provide labor in certain trades in order to complete various construction projects. The provided labor will be scheduled and overseen by the Village’s construction manager in the performance of the work. Examples of construction projects include the creation of a bathroom and shower facility in Village Hall and the refurbishment of windows at the Irvington Public Library. Interested bidders may bid on one or more of the individual trades. However, separate contracts will be awarded for each of the six trades identified below and in these specifications. Sealed bids for Contract Nos. 2021-06 through 2021-11 will be received by the Village Clerk-Treasurer of Irvington NY until 11:00 AM on June 2, 2021 at 11AM. at the Village Hall, 85 Main Street, Irvington, NY 10533. Immediately thereafter, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Village of Irvington Village Hall. The work consists of six individual contract packages. Each bidder is to submit a single bid with prices and costs of the contract packages of their choice. The bidder must be fully qualified to perform the work and provide the labor for each contract price upon which a bid is submitted. Each contract package will be evaluated and awarded separately. Contract packages are: 2021-06 General Construction Labor, 2021-07 Painting and Finishing, 2021-08 Flooring, 2021-09 Ceramic Tile, 2021-10 Plumbing and 2021-11 Electrical. Specifications may be secured at the Village Clerk's Office of said Village or downloaded from www.irvingtonny.gov. There is no cost for the specifications. The Village will not be responsible for full or partial sets of contract documents, including any addenda obtained from any other source. Bid Proposal Form(s) must be submitted in a sealed envelope and distinctly marked with the name of the bidder and the date and time of the bid. Bids may be delivered or mailed to the attention of Karen Buccheri, Secretary of the Village Administrator, on or before the bid opening time and date specified. The Village of Irvington reserves the right to waive any information in the bids, or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw its bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The prices quoted are to remain in effect until the NYS Prevailing Wage Rate schedules are updated or 1 year from the date of acceptance, whichever is earlier. Brenda M.
